Dianne Weaver has joined Home & Away Realty as the Chief Agent Officer. Her responsibilities in that role include – but are not limited to – recruiting and training teammates statewide, managing strategic vendor and corporate relationships, and overseeing marketing and branding for the company.
She believes that whether you are a client or an agent at the company, everyone deserves a well-engineered customer experience. She will help agents learn to grow their business, improve their use of technology-based marketing, and refine their business strategy. Dianne will also serve her own clients across the Phoenix metro area to buy and sell their homes.She has an extensive background in the industry, having worked in property management, new construction, global mobility, title insurance, and commercial real estate prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Arizona.
